: Nothing : The room had bedbugs, they didnt have blankets in the room they handed out to you during check-in. You are limited to one blanket per check in. The bedbugs were discovered after inspection of the room the mattresses also had signs of mold which were covered up by a liner. I notified the hotel staff, and they were unable to credit me back my account at that time. Im still in awaiting phase to get my money, reimbursed as I cannot stay there due to the conditions and had to Rent a separate Airbnb. The staff also wont provide me with any contact information for their accounts receivable, and the police had to be called in order just to get information from them.

: The only thing that was good was its location to the boardwalk : Not clean. No elevators. No cooking material and it was a kitchenette. Had plates and glasses but no pans to cook. No silverware. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. The TV was small and the channels were terrible.

: close to convention center : A lot of garbage bags around property. Outside bench rattan unraveled. If u would sit on it at night u wouldn't know till u fell thru. Cigs in ash tray at our seating outside of room. Very cold didn't know air conditioner was heater also. Shower knob fell off in hand. Sink wobbly, no handsoap. Room was dusty and debris on floor.

: N/A : The room was freezing. The refrigerator was filthy. There was only one comforter for 2 beds. There were cigarette butts and an empty snack bag in the desk drawer. There was no availability of rooms on the lower level. My husband has arthritis and has difficulty climbing stairs. The staff was not friendly.

: Amazing location!!! : The ceiling leaked, like dripped in the room. The floor had water stains on the tile. Obviously this has been a problem. Staff was friendly but understaffed. Lobby was leaking from rain, like floor soaked. Lobby was closed when we wanted to check out and return key. Room wasnt ready at 4:00. Had to ask for an extra blanket bc the one in the room on the shelf was covered in dust. Although this sounds crazy, these motels are not 5 star and I didnt expect that. Overall- we slept and showered and it was the perfect location near convention center. Was cheap- so we got what we paid for.

: The location was good. When arrived there was no one at the hotel and it was an hour before check in and no one was available for us to check in. Had to wait later to check in when the hotel was empty. : When we arrived the room was dirty and had trash all over the floor, the shower curtain was on the floor, the room smelled and was horrible. Had no towels at all, no extra linens. The room had not been even vacuumed as there was dirt all over the floor. This was not a good experience for my husbands birthday. The bathroom had no ventilation and was constantly wet on the floor with no rug this was a fall hazard our entire trip and opening the small window didn't help at all. I will not be coming back or recommending this place.
